He’s sold off some of the land over time and there’s even a ‘Skeba Way’ in the nearby housing development. “When my grandfather bought this farm in 1912, he paid about $9,000 for it, which was an extremely high price at the time,” Joe said. His father Stanley Skeba continued the farm’s operations. His grandfather, Louis Skeba, came from Poland as a farmhand and later bought the land they now own in Monroe Township. Joe Skeba, 74, said he attended Trenton Catholic High School, as did many from Monroe and Cranbury back then, and then attended Mercer County College and Rider University. I raise all types of vegetables and have a farm market on Route 33,” he said, noting the Red Wagon has been in various locations in its four-decade history, mostly along Route 33, a road that runs from Trenton to the Jersey Shore. “I’m still in the house my grandfather lived in. His son Daniel, 38, the fourth generation to farm the land, has been helping out since he was five. “My grandfather was a farmer, my father was a farmer, and I’ve been farming all of my life as well,” Skeba said. Joe Skeba’s sweet corn is known throughout New Jersey. ![]() ![]() However, the controls can be difficult to grasp and may require some practice, and the game's overall pattern of play can quickly become fairly routine.Another masterpiece from the creators of Traffic Racer. The race takes place in a vast open-world area, and players have access to a broad range of motorcycles, each of which comes with its own set of distinctive qualities. Traffic Rider provides a gameplay experience that is both realistic and engrossing throughout its entirety. However, there are some downsides to it which include complex controls, which may be difficult for some players to master, and repetitive gameplay, as the objective of the game is to simply race through traffic. The game has realistic graphics and physics, making for a more engaging gameplay experience, and a large open-world environment to explore, allowing for a more free-form experience. You can also earn money or points by winning races, which can be used to purchase new motorcycles or upgrade existing ones. You can choose from a variety of motorcycles, each with different performance characteristics, whichever fits your needs or play style. You can complete various missions, such as reaching a certain destination within a certain time limit or performing stunts. You can race against AI opponents or compete against other players online in multiplayer mode. It also includes a first-person view mode, giving you a more immersive experience. The game features realistic physics and detailed graphics. Traffic Rider is a motorcycle racing game that allows you to experience the thrill of riding the vehicle on busy roads, navigating through traffic, and completing missions. ![]() When dropped, Primal Ancient items have a red beam and glow. They drop from all sources including monsters, chests, Kadala, Horadric Caches, Kanai's Cube, and even crafting at the Blacksmith or Jeweler.Once identified, Ancient items have an orange border (or green for Set items) around the item tooltip and say "Ancient" in the item description. You must identify the item to see if it’s an Ancient. When dropped, Ancient items share the same orange glow as regular Legendaries.Only drop for characters who have reached level 70, and only on Torment level difficulties. ![]() Any percentage-based affix will not be boosted (such as Attack Speed, bonus % to skills or % Critical Hit Chance/Damage).You can’t equip more than one item with the same name, even if one is Ancient and the other isn’t.Set items are also able to roll as both Ancient and Primal Ancient. The stats on these items will (generally) be tailored to the character class you are playing when the item drops. They are identical to Legendary items except that their base attributes (damage or armor) and all non-percentile affixes roll higher values for both minimum and maximum possible rolls. There appear to be two types of rares in archaeology The first set includes all the blue rares, the Nerubian (epic) rares, the low-level epic rares (NE, Orc, Vykrul) and the scarab storm and caster ring from Tol'vir. This is what I've learned so far, and I think its what most people want to know: Fortunately I did get the mount on my first of three Tol'vir rares. But from anecdotal evidence, my own realm and battlegroup, and your comments 0.73% seems damn close to what is probably a ~<1% drop rate.Ĭomment by 780163I now have the "Professor" title, and am pretty much done grinding archaeology. Of course this is not perfectly accurate but since no one seems to be collecting data on # of solves until certain rares are found (unless I'm mistaken) then this is possibly the best way to guess it on your own. So if my maths are right (correct me if I'm wrong!): I now assume that 50% of players have found the Scepter in less than 95 solves, and the remaining would find it after 95 solves. Previously I assumed that I had a 50% chance to have seen the recipe. To "predict" the drop rate without other data, I can use the same formula that I used to guess the drop rate of Recipe: Vial of Sands from Canopic Jars. This is about the same number of solves it took me to find Tyrande's Favorite Doll from Night Elf fragments, which seems to indicate that the drop rate is 1% or less - as I had a significant amount of night elf solves while leveling archaeology. Honestly, the core ARPG gameplay of Diablo Immortal is the title's strongest feature, thanks to a clear and familiar design. The game is very multiplayer friendly, though the PvP content will more than likely be dominated by whales, which is where the game's pay-to-win aspects will rear their ugly head. ![]() Plus, as you run around each map when doing the game's story content (since Diablo Immortal is an MMO), you'll see other players around the map and can even join them in their adventures. I paid my subscription I don't expect to pay extra for DLC and content on the Gamepass games.Once you get further in the game, you'll unlock multiplayer, where you can delve into dungeons with friends and strangers, and this works well, where it's effortless to drop in and out. This is the problem with Gamepass in my view, MS seem to have duped people into thinking of the content as free when its anything but free. Personally, I think its pretty poor that I have to pay for additional content on any Gamepass game, I pay that pretty expensive subscription for a reason, I dont expect to have to pay more cash to get the adds on too. Stats are vital in my Diablo loot, but I want it too look cool too, a big chunk of the excitement of new loot was to change up the look of my character.Īny confidence I had that the game would be free of MTs has long gone now that the game will end up 'free' on Gamepass, I am pretty confident that the game will end up riddled with them. Personally, I think its pretty disingenuous for the publisher to suggest that MTs will only relate to cosmetics when the whole point of the game is the loot which in my opinion, is heavily affected by cosmetics. ![]() ![]() The original problem with drift was a bug with rod stands and another with sinkers, if you are using a heavy enough sinker drift won't be a problem at this point.
